In this workshop, we'll gather with one another, sit in circle, and steep in the energy of my favorite season - fall.
We'll take time + create space to get quiet and tune in to our own inner voice.
We’ll set our intentions, reflect on lessons we want to integrate, and allow for whatever else wants to be revealed.
And we’ll make mala bracelets of sustainably harvested wood + fair trade crystal beads, each with their own unique energy.
In circle, we’ll share with one another our intentions + creations.
You will leave, refreshed + renewed, with your own mala bracelet, made by you, to serve as a beautiful reminder of your intentions.
