My 2025 word of the year …

R E F I N E M E N T

not an overhaul
or broad sweeping change
just some subtle tweaks
here and there

the foundation is strong
the bones are good
it’s time for those little adjustments
small improvements
elevating what is already present

a letting go of the extraneous
a distillation
resulting in increased potency
of what remains

a nod to nuance
finessing
fine tuning
a sweet tinkering
a hide and go seek with essence

I’m really excited to see how this word guides me in the coming year. I have lots of thoughts and ideas on areas I’d like to bring some refinement to. And as per usual, I’m sure the universe has some thoughts and ideas of her own. ✨
